It is a documented fact that animals are abused. This is also common by someone who is an abuser in Domestic Violence. Animal abuse, like any other form of abuse is NOT to be tolerated. Anyone who has had a pet will tell you that they are an integral part of the family. They love unconditionally, trust implicitly and are reliant on you for a few basic things in exchange. Our fur, feather and yes even scaled family members are creations of God. To have a pet means accepting the responsibilities of maintaining its health and well being.
